So tonight my school had their chorus concert, and it's our last one this year. I'm not sure if I'm glad or unhappy, seeing as it's starting to dawn on me that school is actually ending and I'm never going to be able to go back to these hallways, teachers, even students. I'm leaving everything... it's weird.
I have a couple of friends who are also leaving our current school system and I wonder if they feel the same way.
I'd write more but I have homework to finish. Might edit this post later.

Holy freaking crap. We walk the halls, every familiar face with a name. Every name with memory, whether it be good or bad. We complain about these people, only to realize, we on't know them any more. We will see them around town. We won't know them as our classmates. We'll know them as only a name, a face, but no more new memories. No more opinion on them. They are just another teenager around town. After that, who knows how many of them we'll ever see again. This town is no paradox, like Lily, Arkansas (you better get my reference) Who knows if they'll stay or go. When we go to college, will they end up a roommate? Will they remember you, back from eighth grade, when you were just a name, face, a grade school memory? Will they say, hey I'm so and so, or hey, we were in middle school together!! Will then remember as much as your last name? Will you remember them? Or will all the old names and faces and opinions have disappeared to be replaced with these new strangers, like it's kindergarten again, and all people will know of you is your name. So to answer your question, yes, I feel the same way. WE'RE LEAVING EVERYONE!!!!
